We are Pepe and Miriam, and together with our children we live among the nomatsiguenga people, in Peru. Both of us serve with SIL Global: Pepe coordinates language technology for all of the Americas, and Miriam is part of the Language Development team for South America. Both of us, from the Antioquia Mission Base.

We live at the Antioquia Mission Base, among the nomatsiguenga people. From here, Miriam works in literacy: helping the language have a written form that people can read, use and teach.
